Why isn't my username and password working?
Your username is case sensitive, please use all lower case letters when entering your username into the log in screen.
I booked the wrong timeslot for my Simulated Patient Encounter, what do I do?
You can cancel or change your booking by clicking “Change or cancel your booking” in the confirmation email you received from ABCs Admin OR by clicking the “Cancel Booking” button on the booking page (see image below).
You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
